someone else have trouble with driver tapi8 last versione august 2017 and outlook 2016 + windows 10 pro last update?

When make a call from outlook and close the window , outlook freeze/hangs and crash if press something else, every time close a call popup a window with error about unable to find the configuration and suggests to close and reopen the dialer (outlook), after install the tapi8 innovaphone and open dialer.exe when press X (close) it hangs for some seconds and after close (so the problem is not only in outlook) , is there any fix ?

I have already try with :

- New installation of windows + office

- Delete all tapi reference and reinstall

- Install a different dialer (dialer pro demo)

- Try every fix/suggest in wiki
