MyPBX .msi Deployment set OFFICEPROVIDER to "none"

I am currently working on the deployment of MyPBX, all settings needed look like they work, except the OFFICEPROVIDER - setting.
The documentation says:
"
OFFICEPROVIDER - Set office presence provider (default myPBX, empty string none, otherwise e.g. Communicator)", so I edited the property - table schema to allow nullable values and cleared the cell "OFFICEPROVIDER". But now if I install the package, the installation writes the value "1" to the registry REG_SZ "DefaultIMApp", as you can see in the screenshot.
How I can get that work, so that the "DefaultIMApp" REG_SZ is empty as desired?
