[Implemented] myApps Mobile, To be able to start MyApps with a default app
Many users find the Myapps on their mobile to complex, they only want to use it as a phone to call internal and or being called by a college. They find my Apps to complicated to use on a mobile.

Therefor it whould be great to have the option to select a App to pop-up as the first when starting My Apps on the Mobile. When selecting the Softphone as the default the user can start a call imidiatly when starting MyApps.

Apps can be pinned to the main window. Pinned apps are always running and can't be closed. They are also started automatically when the myApps client is loaded.
The "app focus" can be used to define a default app for the user. It is started and shown automatically when myApps is loaded. When closing other apps the app is shown instead of the home screen, presence state is always displayed on the app in focus.
