Re: App not listed as pbx object
Usually the PBX Object and Instance on the App Platform are created upon creation of the Visual Studio Project (it asks for creation of the connection and PBX Object).
However you can do it afterwards, if you are in the VS Project, select "Tools > innovaphone SDK > Init PBX and AppPlatform..." from the Visual Studio menu.
