XCAPI

The XCAPI is a third party product. It is a middleware software between the innovaphone PBX and an application like UMS.

XCAPI is a pure software solution in the area of CAPI 2.0, offering all the performance features of a classic ISDN card independent of the hardware.

XML

Acronym for Extensible Markup Language.

XML is a generic data description language. It used in many places throughout the innovaphone PBX. One prominent use though is the scripting language used in the fish-help.png Voicemail PBX object (a.k.a. XML Script).

XSL

Acronym for Extensible Stylesheet Language. Defines a set of language technologies to define XML document transformation (e.g. into HTML). Makes use of XSL Transformations (XSLT).

Acronym for Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations. Part of the XSL scheme that allows the transformation of e.g. XML data into HTML.
