mypbx - “Timeout no license” popup when Android phone goes in standby
When the Android phone goes in standby (or loses connection shortly), the softphone client displays a message (as a popup) “Timeout no license”
Problem is that the only way we can dismiss of the popup message is by pressing the back key on the phone and then the softphone app closes (and doesn’t restart automatically).
In some cases (probably when the client can reconnect to the gatekeeper) calls can still come in when the popup message is displayed, but it is impossible to take the call.
We implemented with the mypbx client version v11084300 - rc5
Can this be resolved as we need to go forward with our project quickly and this is blocking?
