innovaphone IP1200
Hi, i'm using ip dect base station with 19 cordless phone, fw version 11sr5 and radio firmware version 14125500 PCS05Ak.
My problem is that often (almost in every call) customer have noise at the beginning of calls for about 4-5 seconds, then it goes away.
The only events that base station logs, is that:
Error | 0x00031001 | Indeterminate | DECT | QoS low - Radio muted 7 times |
Searching on google i found this link http://wiki.innovaphone.com/index.php?title=Reference9:Event/0x00031001 that reports only problem on wireless network. How can i enable a deeper debug. What should be done to solve?
