When you use a deskphone like IP222 you can activate the speakers during a call, so other employees can join the conversation and discuss with both sides. The software phone doesn't support this features, because audio output is fix configured and when you change something in the softphone config, the softphone restart and register the user again on the PBX. 

It would be great when you can connect an external speakers (like Jabra Speak 410 or similar) and click on a button when you want to activate the external speaker.
