Extended Calendar in MyPBX
Enviroment:
MyPBX V11, PBX V11, Exchange 2010, Exchange connector

Current situation:
When idle MyPBX shows the upcoming appointment
When in a appointment MyPBX shows the endtime of the appointment
Client calls during a appointment with the receptionist then she can tell that her collegue is in a appointment till 'the end time' shown in MyPBX

Problem:
When there are 2 or more consecutive appointments with no idle time between them, then MyPBX should not show the endtime of the current appointment, but show the endtime of the last consecutive appointment.

Solution:

What one would like to see is the endtime of the last consecutive appointment, ie. 10h00 and the information that there is more than one appointment. See the attachment.

thanks for this idea. Should it be a suggestion really? If so, I would move this in to one of the suggestion forums.

Regarding the idea: I am not sure, what is the reasoning? In our real-life experience, appointments rarely stick to their planned time schedule exactly. That is, what is the real difference between 2 consecutive appointments and 2 appointments with say, 5 minutes gap in between? This is why we decided to show the end of the current appointment cause in practice, there will be at least a slight chance to contact the user.

Not saying you are wrong wink just want to understand it better smile
