I'll need to investigate more but installing the latest hotfix on my live IPVA caused it to crash and I needed to return to my snapshot (lucky me that I made one.
Scenario, update from V11R2 HF11 to HF20, console shows error loading ipva.bin and stops running.
I first tested the update on a clean test ipva from HF8 to HF20 and it updated without problems.

We'll do probably some extra testing tomorrow and make a support ticket with more info.
