Video call
How can we "enable" video call? We enable everything in myPBX, but there is no video icon in myPBX. Please help. Thank you.

The user has the UC license?
And this (See attachment) is also activated?

Do you use a hardware phone? Video and Application Sharing does not work with DECT Phones.

We did this, yes, and my camera appears, if I click 'Video camera...', but the camera from the person I'm calling is not visible, and there's still no video icon in myPBX.

In the PBX registrations, are both users marked as Video available?

Hi,

I know it sounds a bit weird but once I had an issue like that and the problem was the http protocol from MyPBX-Client. It worked after changing from http to https.

https://xx.xx.xx.xx/PBX0/MY/client.htm

Yes, both are marked as available.

Hi,

Be sure that only one hardwarephone is registered to the user.
If the user is also logged in on another hw-phone it wont work.

hatte das gleiche Problem mit dem Video Icon.

Sprich mit der von Ihnen verwendeten URL ist myPBX nicht in der Lage, Video & AppSharing zu machen.
Heisst Sie sollten Ihre verwendeten URLs so ändern, dass wir wie immer /MY durch /DEVICES/websocket ersetzen können.

Hello 

i might know about your problem.

the button is missing in my cti too.

if you use a reverse proxy the button is missing.
if you are connected directly to the pbx the button appears.

We don't have a proxy (in settings).
