V12 Basic Course bugged boot811.bin

Hello everyone, I'm doing the course v12 basic and I have a serious problem. In the early stages I loaded the innovaphone recommended firmware and bootcode files on my test ip811 and now it's stuck with red led in the boot without being able to flash anything else.
Is there a way to solve?

Hi Christoph, I'm trying to enter in tftp mode for gwload, but after the bootcode update, the device is stuck in a sort of boot error (red led) and it doesn't go in tftp mode (orange led). I see no devices running gwload.exe.

Hi guys. I have exactly the same problem!! I flashed the IP811 according to the instructions of the course but after uploading the bootcode and reset im stuck with the red led. Like Davide described there is no chance to get the IP811 in Tftp mode. Pressing the reset button for more than 3 seconds results in a steady red led and remains like this even after 15+sec of pressing therefore gwload cant find it.

I was about to send it back to you Christoph...

Norbert,

can you detail a bit what exactly you meant with "according to the instructions of the course" ? Was it during manual upload of the boot code or during the automatic maintenance done by the lesson checker?

Hi Christoph,

Basically i set up the entire trainee network and downloaded the config, firmware and bootcode files from the lesson. First i uploaded the files on both IP411 and after the reboot they worked like a charm. Then i did the same for the IP811 but after the reboot it stuck. I couldnt go on to finish the lesson by using the lesson checker.
