Voice Recorder

Hello there!

I just finished my advanced training, so I am new here, but I am trying to set up a showcase facility for a customer.

Our customer is an IT supplier for the local Fire brigade and he wishes to have call recording for every call. I found some articles in the wiki regarding Voice Recorder 2014. I want to use it for the showcase facility, but I cant find a download link or anything.

It seems we still dont have the Partner Status, but I think we have everything we need for that with finishing the advanced training.

Hello and welcome @innovaphone Club ;)

How can we help you? You want to record all calls. All features are included at the pbx.

There are more Options to record calls. First you can use the record tool from innovaphone, but this is very expensiv and only usefull if you realy Need this.
The oder way is to use the record URL. At some objects you can see a Option for a record URL. There you can write an URL to a web Server with write permissions. After the call you will get an file in your used codec. But you must use "media Gateway" that all calls goes over the pbx and you cannot use encrypted Connections.
The filename is the call-id. The numer to the call-id you get from the call log.

Thank you for your warm welcome, and the prompt response!

I actually added a Recording GW to my PBX with media relay, and it works.

However I always get two pcap files ber call, which is not too big of a problem. Moreover I really don't get relevant information in the naming of the files.

My problem is every call should be recorded, and calls older than a month should be deleted, but the client should somehow see what the endpoints of the recorded calls have been.

I use an LinuxAP for reporting and there are no call-ids displayed. What exactly do you mean with call-log?

Sorry for these strange questions, but I really did not have that much to do with the innovaphone boxes until now.

Is there any way to get the VoiceRecorder for testing with a testing license?
