VMWare's Fault Tolerance Feature does not work for IPVA
HA works, FT does not for IPVA with native VMWare 6.5 and up (Hyper-V does not support FT anyway http://wiki.innovaphone.com/i.php?8345) http://wiki.innovaphone.com/i.php?5420
