Some problems with the softwarephone after a new install on Windows10

When I want to start the softwarephone ... Nothing 
I need to make the uninstall, a new install with v12r1, upgrade in v12r2 sr9 ==> ok, the softwarephone is running.
Do you have the same problem?
Last week, I had same problem at a customer with a softwarephone v12r2 sr8...
