How to separate the preferences for each deskphone registered to the same object (when "Store Phone Config" + "Discard Config on Phone" is used)?

we've several deskphone registered to the one object (one number) - 2 pieces of IP222, 1 piece of IP111 and 1 piece of IP110.
We need identically configured the Directories form, the ring filter (for example) and mainly the programable (function) keys across several objects (numbers). For the simple distribution of the mentioned settings we use the templates and "Store Phone Config" + "Discard Config on Phone" due this.
Our problem is "shared" preferences in the setting described above.
When user of IP110 make some changes – volume or melody of the ring (for example), the same setting is "distributed" to the other deskphones registered to the same object (due "Store Phone Config" + "Discard Config on Phone").
