Mirror DECT setup

I am currently setting up a configuration for a big store which has a small zoo aswell. Really nice project and customer.
Now I want to make sure, when a POE switch fails or they have a power outage, the telephony continues to work.
So to start with, we're using two IP411, multiple POE switches, back-up batteries and such. But in the case the DECT master fails, I need to have another IP1202 pick-up the role.
The InnovaPhone wiki speaks about Master and Standby function. However this works slow, and the other "slave" radio's don't pick-up on the new Standby when it takes over. So it leaves me with just 1 out of 8 IP1202's working.
Then I found the manual of ASCOM, which doesn't recommend the Master/Standby relation but instead opts for a Mirror/Mirror configuration.
However, I don't get this working. Can anyone show me a screenshot of his/her configuration?
