The monitoring for config changes of a user object works currently with the RCC Api only. If you use an App object to do the login with RCC, you get the UserInfo message for all the users having this App assigned. If the config of the user changes you should get another UserInfo message with the update property set to "update". You can then use the PbxAdminApi to read the config.
