chat window doesn't pop-up
after I clicking the "start chat" icon and try to chat with someone, the chat window doesn't show, but a session window is created without the person name I want to chat with. If I click the session window, nothing happens.

If I log in the web, it works fine.
Would someone help to take a look what it's going on? Thank you!
