Offline user in MyApps (Android)

Hello dear members, we are using MyApps on Android and we have issue with it. We created ticket at Innovaphone but still no answer.

#THE ISSUE#

When we lock the smartphone after ~5-10min the calls from a internal phone from the ip411 to a user with MyApps doesn't work. When we unlock the phone we see "Offline" message in MyApps and then the user log in automatically and it works again. The smartphone is connected to A WiFi network, the WiFi terminal is connected directly on the switch with the ip411.

Anyone have this issue ?

We tested on different Android OS. 6.0 and 9.0. With iOS it works well.

Same problem. Android 7.1, 8.0 and 9.0, three different smartphone models.

Push Notifications active, Battery Settings checked, MyApps has even priority in all settings. MyApps goes offline (red bar) after few minutes when the smartphones is locked. Pretty useless for us.

Good morning, I am in the same situation. When I lock the smartphone, after a few minutes I no longer receive call or chat notifications.
