So it would be nice to have an offline-provisioning as described in the Wiki which works together with the Innovaphone provisioning server. With this it will be possible to get a provisioning-code from Innovaphone with the local provisioning service and it makes no matter if the devices goes to the provisioning-server of Innovaphone or to the local one.

The same we have in software-updates. Is it really usefull to have lot of devices retrieving the same software-files from Innovaphone over the same connection? Will it not be more effcient, if the Devices-App is caching the actual software and gives it directly to the phones? Of course there are also other environments and it would be great, if I had the choice.
