myApp softphone and physical phone does not support complete transfer in RINGBACK

Hi there,

We found the following scenario is not supported on myApp softphone and physical phone but it works on myPbx softphone:

User1, User2: can be myApp Softphone or physical phone

API: AppWebSocket, RCC

---- External caller calls User1.
-- User1 answers and connected.
-- User1 makes consultation call to User2.
-- User1 cannot use api “UserTransfer” to complete transfer while the consultation call is ringing on User2.

5.We also notice there is no complete transfer option on the myApp softphone and physical phone either.

Repeat the same steps on myPbx softphone(this model of softphone has complete transfer option on when the consultation call is in ringing state), it works.

Traditionally Pbx should be able to perform complete transfer When the consultation call is ringing on transfer destination. Is this a restriction on these models of phones or it will be supported in the near future?
