Retrieve Call History
Hi,
we want to retrieve the call history infomation via Soap client in order to update our CRM with calls made by our customers (incoming and outgoing).

There is a way to retrieve these informations?

SOAP is talking to the PBX and can deliver real-time call data.

For your application, you need to install and talk to the reporting application. In V13 you probably would then want to use the innovaphone-calllist-api. In V12 you'd use the call-list interface myPBX uses. Or you access the reporting database directly.

Hi,
our necessity is to retrieve Call history of a specific user Via SOAP from our backend application.

Looking for inside the WSDL of the application i didn't find the CallList method. There is the possibility to retrieve this information via SOAP?

Good morning,

the SOAP API is a call control API. As such, it has no access to historical call data.
