LDAPApi: Allow bindame with DN format in LDAP-URL

Currently, in

In Known Issue:
"the bindname in the LDAP-URL support only user names in [Windows Domain\User Name] notation. DN (Distinguished Name) format (e.g. cn=John Doe,cn=users,dc=innovaphone,dc=sifi) for this attribute is not supported.”
Can you correct that known issue?
Currently we use LDAP resolution in V12 systems, and we can't upgrade because of that. Our LDAP solution (OpenLDAP) does not allow any other bindname format.
