Apps "contact admin" export existing contact

Hello

How can I do if I want to add just one or two contacts to the existing contact list?

It is mandatory to use the excel (utf8) file?

But if I upload a new file with 2 entries, all of the existing contacts will be erased...

Do you have the solution ?

NB: I don't have the initial Excel file.

if you add an existing contact, the contact will be 2 times because another table in the database is created..

What is the easy way to delete a contact?

because our customers don't use putty...

Hi Jean Francois,

when importing contacts, if you use the same name for the file, the entries will be overwritten/deleted or created new (if new entries)

So, the best way to update the contact list, is to use the same file name and edit that file to add or remove contacts and re-upload it.

If you upload the same contact twice using two different file name (for example contact1 and contact2) this contact will be doubled.
