At the moment it is only possible to join an ad-hox conference, if conference room was created by operator (operator must dial in first, so he must join conference some minutes before conference starts)

Would it be possible to "park" participants, when room is still not created and connect them (after entering pin) to the conference, when operator opens the new room?
