after installing the sdk to my fresh vs17, i get the following error when i try to run an empty inno app:

I already tried using the intellisense fix mentioned for older vs17 versions with the same result. In vs19 i see the same error. Already reinstalled & repaired vs, any ideas? Last month at the app workshop it worked fine for me, I did not use vs in the meantime.
