thanks for reporting the bug. It will be fixed in the next release. Meanwhile you can help yourself by installing the VSIX on your own. It sould be located under <Your SDK Installation Directory>\app-platform-buildtls\innovaphoneSDK.vsix (simply doubleclick it). After that, run the installer again, the VSIX installation should now be passed.
