With the 13r3, we have extended our Switchboard App feature. if you let your mouse next to the waiting name (on the 3 buddy icon), an overlay will display the list of the user in the group of the waiting queue.

that is why in 13r3 we need a new group "queues" as it is written in our 13r2 13r3 upgrade article
