Users are not displayed in v13 "Users" App

Check if the PBX-Name has been configured under UsersAdmin > Config.
--> yes PBX-Name is set under UsersAdmin > Config.

Check the replicator session, which should be Initialized/Up.
--> yes replicator session is Initialized/Up. status is Green

Check if the PBX-Name contains uppercase characters, which may cause problems to init the replicator.
--> yes PBX-Name is lowercase

Check if there is no Profile App, which is needed to stablish the websocket connection between Users and the PBX.
--> yes Profile App working

If the users are displayed on UsersAdmin but not on Users, check the privacy filters.
--> yes privacy filter are set accordingly

But Users are still not appearing in "Users" App. can you please guide me throw this situation.

the users also need the visibility-right "visible". It's included in the default Config Template "Config User".

i thought Privacy = Visibillity.

so we do have visibility Set accordingly

now question is where do i find privacy Settings.
