If you have only a phone the widgets are not helpful.
The provisioning code is to connect your phone to a Innovaphone-PBX. If you don't have one press simple ok. Then you have to setup your phone manually ove the web-gui.
If you have a PBX with V13 there is a SDK-platform for development with a own documentation: http://sdk.innovaphone.com/
