Hi,

My objective:

1. call multiple people

2. play audio file using waiting queue object (the audio will say something like: "can you take this shift, press 1 for yes or 2 for no".

3. retrieve DTMF digits sent by the ones being called, I need to be able to retrieve a response from the people being called and was recommended to use DTMF and display it using callinfo, but callinfo isnt showing what the user is entering?

I also haven't figured out how to call someone and also play the audio using the waiting queue object.
