myAPPs: does not work user friendly nor efficient with multiple audio devices
Hi Innovaphone,

when I use myApps for Windows on my laptop, I need to select an audio device. When I'm in my office, I select my headset connected to my docking station.
When I'm "on the road", it generates an error and says I must select another audio device, which is a strange question give there is only one audio device at that time on my laptop, so it's not like a have a lot of choice. Yet, I still must select that audio device then.
Next, when I get back in the office and connect to the docking station (with the headset) then it keeps the old audio device selection. Of course it generates no error or anything because the audio device still exists, and only another one is added. So typically a person forgets to change the audio device... until a call comes in, and then you must talk via the laptop in the office the whole time, because you cannot switch audio device during the call apparently.

All this results in a very bad user experience, and makes myApps not really practical to use. Similar application (e.g. Teams client) do this correctly and transparantly.
Could this be reviewed and improved:
- audio device selection based on windows/defaults/preferences and not hard coded as configuration
- Allow audio device switch during conversation

I agree. Other software handles the audio switch better. Even the MyPbx client did a better job.
