SubscribePresence - User has to confirm

Hello,

we develop an application which will monitor the presence state of different user. For this we use the "PbxAPI" function "SubscribePresence". When we do this for as user the user will be shown a dialog to confirm this (see attachment).

This is not acceptable:

- every user has to confirm (the user does not know what it means)

- if the user does not confirm, we geht no presence state for the user

Is there a configuration setting so that not every user has to confirm this?

Ho Ralf,

you can set in template - visibility for the domain

Hello Niko,

I could not find the settings in the PBX so I think these settings are in the App Platform? If so are these in the "Users App" and how can I install this app (tried, but I alwas get "not verified" - not sure which parameter to set)?

Hi Ralf,

you can find this in PBX Web GUI

hhmm i can't upload a attach -> error

it's colum "Visibility" after Profile near Type (2nd to left)
