when using the hotkey "Markierte Rufnummer anrufen" when some text or number is highlighted the input focus is on the input field of standard phone app and you only need to press Enter for dialing.

But when no text was highlighted while pressing the hotkey, you need to use the mouse to click into the search text field.

I suggest to set the focus on the search input field in any way after pressing the hotkey "Markierte Rufnummer anrufen".

When the search results are displayed it would be very convinient to use the cursor keys to select an entry (those that are highlighted on mouseOver) and press Enter for dialing.
