Normally it's absolute clear - if I click on X the softphone will closed. But if the menu is opened it happens a lot of times that users klick on the X to close the menu. Ok, this wrong, but it is the intuitive way to do this and it is a easy way to terminate a call

So it will be nice, that a klick on X is only closing the menu if it is open and a second klick to the X is closing the app.

This will be a perfect solution for all users and all apps.
