Can someone give me informations how to implement a 3th Party App to the public myApps Store?

The WebView App should be able to download or already exist for some clients on their domain/plattform.

I have already searched in the forums for some threads, as example:

The App which I want to implement is a simple WebView with a specific Webpage, which is combined to the Mobile App on their private Phones.

Is there something I have to keep in mind before starting developing this app?
Are there some points to know before starting to push this app to the plattform?
Do I need any licence or something else?
