[Implemented] Phone: Possibility to hide MyApps video and application sharing
In some scenarios it would make sense to hide the video and application sharing options. It would be great if these can be hidden separately from each other

The buttons will be disabled (grey and not clickable) for camera and Appsharing if no proper license is found. The 13r2 fix has been reworked with the 13r3. see screenshot below
