Visual Studio -> Innovaphone SDK -> on App Platform new apps are created with wrong permissions

I have problems with innovaphone sdk in visual studio.

when i try to create new app, sdk creates app with with wrong permissions(root user and group) and after creating this app is not shown in App Manager Platform. And even visual studio can`t debug and start and debug the App. When i open apps folder on terminal via putty, i see app has root as user and group.

i am using:

visual studio: 19.9.6

innovaphone sdk version: 13.0.2894.0

and i am not using root user in visual studio.

That's arealy weird behaviour. Can you reproduce the problem?

after restarting app platform, problem was gone and could not reproduce it.

but definatly there is some bug which was causing this issue.
