Recordings: getting the recording to listen takes to long
Hi,
When you want to listen to a recorded call in recordings, it takes minutes to get a recording of 15 minutes ready for listening. I understood from Innovaphone support that this is because the raw data first has to be converted to wav. But this conversion is only available for 1 hour. After 1 hour the conversion is deleted and you have to wait again for minutes when you want to listen again.
Why can't the conversion not be done immediatly after recording or on the fly? I have a customer with a sales department with long calls, they can't wait 5 of more minutes to listen to a call.
