back in the days of v12 and older, we were able to give the users specific rights. Some first-level support users were able to take a look at existing call-forwardings or even changing them, whilst not being able to see or change any more enhanced options. With those options, people were able to help at simpler problems, while not being that advanced at the configuration of an Innovaphone PBX because they simply had enough other things to do.

Nowadays that still works, but only in terms of the "old" Admin-UI. Wouldn't things be beautiful, if people could also use the Devices-App with specific rights? Most likely they are already working with the myApps-Client logged in to their own user-account anyways.

If you try that out at the moment, things can get pretty bad. Take a user, give him some view-only rights and the Devices-App and he will be able to see and administrate everything.

As I got told by Innovaphone presales their is no way to change this behaviour at the moment, but many have been asking for that feature.
