We have provided experimental support for a "dark-theme" in the forum (more precisely, in moodle).
Normally, the setting (i.e. whether dark or light) follows the browser theme (which in turn usually follows the operating system). But you can also set it to a fixed mode (there is a cogwheel at the bottom left of each page).
