CallList: name resolution also for forwarded calls
at the moment, entries in the call list for transfered calls (with consultation), won't be resolved by name
(with outlook-search disabled)

would be nice to have resolved entries everywhere (call list, phone history myapps and also hardphone)

This is not only in the caller list, but also during the call if the call has been transferred beforehand, e.g. also in the myApps favourites.
Currently, only direct transfer with display of the name is possible.
