If I understood your correctly, when a user reject a call, it does not appear in the call list correct ?. In a normal case, when you reject a call, the call is written as "verpasst" call in your call list and you get a windows pop up notification that you have a missed call "Verpasster Anruf".

Are you sure that the reports service are well configured ? CDr are properly sent to the reports instance ?
