Recording: monitoring around this application

For all our clients in the financial sector, call recording is essential and mandatory. A loss of call recording data can have enormous financial repercussions for the integrator who manages the telephony at the customer's premises.
One must be able to implement monitoring plugins around the recording application.
Example: if a user has no call recordings for more than x hours, an alert is sent. With the possibility to pause the plugin if for example the user is on leave or sick.
To do this, Innovaphone should provide an API or give access to the DB where the pcap files are stored or to the folder where these files are stored? Or any other method that would allow external monitoring of the recording application.
Have any other integrators encountered this request for additional monitoring on Innovaphone apps?
