Reporting & recording: Enabling a dialogue between the two
Hello,
Innovaphone v13 reporting is very poor in functionality compared to v10 reporting.
We therefore turn to third party reporting based on CDRs sent by Innovaphone.
Is it possible that these third party reports managed by external developers can read the pcap files generated by the Innovaphone recording app?
We could generate and read a call from the third party reporting.
Third party reporting allows to sort calls in all directions (by day, by user, by country, by destination...), this would allow the end user to have a better view on his call recordings.
The suggestion is to open the recording app to external development.
That developers could add for example a "play" symbol next to the report so that the end user clicks on it to play the conversation.
In Innovaphone v10 reporting, this was possible.
