one of my colleagues already made this suggestion once to kwa for V13: Due to troubleshooting and feature testing reasons it would be nice, if the first user created during the installation setup could have all standard licenses, such us UC, Reporting, Phone-App, Softphone-App, etc.

This way you dont need to activate Test-Mode, which sometimes can be problematic in larger Enterprises (because of the necessary reboot during office hours). Also you wouldnt have to "steal" a necessary license from another user, if no spare license is available, just to do some testing.
