I think may be useful to simplify the chat management, specially regarding the incoming message.

I had an indication of a message (count on chat icon), but to retrieving the message I need to verify in group (each group), and on each user, to found the message.

I think it could be better, by selecting the chat icon, to immediately show the arrived messages, with a list, in order of arrival (under the "start new chat" field), to allow to select each message individually (deactivating or modifying the count after each message has been viewed).
Any other proposal that could be simplified is in any case welcome.
