Softphone: Pickup Notification
Hi,
there are other softclients that are capable of showing notifications (audio and visible) if the client is in background and there´s are call for pickup.
At least a sound like it is possible with a hardphone would be great.
Customers, who have changed from Unify myPortal for example are missing this feature.
