[Implemented] myApps: Search Field @ All Apps
The App-Market is growing and so there are sometimes a lot of apps. Thats why I think it's time for a search-field at all apps.

Hello Niels, Everyone,

V14r1 beta2 will contain the Search App which can be used to search all available search providers of a user.
Installation and configuration is quite simple: just tick/activate the 'search'-app for a User and/or Config Template as it's included in the PBX.
